We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our property team.
Refund Schedule
Free Cancellation
7 or more days before check-in
100% refund
Cancel at least 7 days before your check-in date and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
Partial Refund
3–6 days before check-in
50% refund
Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund
Less than 3 days before check-in
0% refund
Cancellations within 3 days of check-in are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Date Change
Subject to availability

If you wish to change your dates, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Date changes are subject to availability and any price difference.
How to Cancel

- 3Provide your booking reference number, full name, and check-in date.
- 4Our team will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours.
- 5Once confirmed, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Additional Policies
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will forfeit the full booking amount. No refund will be issued.
Early Departure
Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for unused nights unless the early departure is due to exceptional circumstances agreed upon in writing.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations caused by natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, Glamoreo will offer a full credit note valid for 12 months or a full refund at our discretion.
Property Issues
If a stay is cut short due to a confirmed issue with the property (e.g., uninhabitable conditions), guests will receive a pro-rated refund for unused nights.
Group & Long-Stay Bookings
Bookings of 7 or more nights or group bookings (3+ units) may have custom cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
